In these conditions the sale the 'Seller' means Petrou Capital trading as CP Shutters and the 'Buyer' means the person, firm or company placing an order for goods and services, which are subject to their terms and conditions which are not variable except in writing signed by the seller.
All payments are required to be made as follows: 50% at time of order and the remaining balance on completion of the installation or delivery as per the Sales Order Confirmation.
You have 7 days from the date of deposit to cancel the order and incur no cost, should you wish to cancel after this you will lose the deposit paid to cover company losses.
The price of the Goods and Services shall be the price listed on the Sales Order Confirmation current at the date of acceptance of the Buyers order, any telephone, email and any other form of price quote is subject to a full survey and can result in price changes. If the client is not on site when the property is surveyed or installed the shutters will be fitted in accordance to our standard practices unless agreed prior to confirmation. If they chose to install against our recommendation then liability will be theirs.
The Customer accepts that the installation may cause damage to decorations this provision does not exclude the Company’s responsibility for damage which is beyond what is reasonably consistent with the fitting of the product in the usual way (for example damage to other areas of the premises where the product is not being fitted).
The company does not accept any liability for damage caused by pre-existing structural defects.
We reserve the right to change the specification of the products to be supplied to you if it is necessary to meet current building standards or to comply with safety requirements or other changes in legislation as long as the changes do not materially affect the appearance or performance of the installation.
You must not transfer this Agreement, as it is personal to you, without written authority from us. This authority will not be refused without good reason. A reasonable charge may be made.
